Can two people book the same staff at the same time?
Every submitted booking is checked against current availability while storage is locked. Overlapping slots for the same staff member are rejected. Other staff can accept appointments at that time.
Do customers need an account?
No. They choose a service, staff member, date and time, then enter their contact details. Successful booking shows a reference on screen.
Are emails sent automatically?
Booking confirmations and status updates are queued for the customer and business. Delivery requires configured SMTP and the notification worker. WhatsApp and SMS notifications are planned for later.
Do you collect appointment payments?
No. Service fees are informational. The annual product plan uses an inquiry followed by admin approval.
Can I preview before approval?
Yes. Your private preview shows the booking page and available slots. Preview submissions are disabled; public bookings open after admin approval.
Can each staff member work different hours?
This MVP uses shared business hours and breaks with separate calendars for each staff member. Individual shifts, holidays, recurring appointments and customer rescheduling are not included yet.
